The ritual goes: Melt or Bounce first to cleanse. Apply Super Skin to damp skin. Follow with Cloud Creme. Finish with a few drops of Glow to seal everything in.

Yes — and it's one of our favourite combos. Use Melt first as an oil cleanse to dissolve makeup and SPF, then follow with Bounce to refine and brighten. Together they give you a deeply clean, genuinely glowing base.

Yes. A small amount of Glow (1–2 drops) works beautifully under SPF in the morning.

All GULP products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals, and no animal-derived ingredients are used across the entire range.

Most of the GULP range is suitable during pregnancy, but we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before introducing any new skincare routine during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Note that Cloud Creme contains Bakuchiol — a natural alternative to retinol — and we suggest checking with your provider before use during pregnancy.

With once-daily use — Bounce: approx. 2–3 months. Melt: approx. 2–3 months. Super Skin: approx. 2 months. Cloud Creme: approx. 2–3 months. Glow: approx. 3–4 months. All products have a 6-month period after opening (PAO).

Yes. Every ingredient across the GULP range is natural, naturally derived, or nature identical as defined by BioGro New Zealand — independently verified by our manufacturer Shieling Laboratories.

The GULP range was developed with skin barrier health as a priority. We avoid common irritants across the range. If you have very reactive skin, we recommend patch testing before full use. Melt and Cloud Creme are particularly well-suited to sensitive skin.

Some products deliver noticeable results immediately — Melt and Bounce leave skin visibly clean and refined after first use. For longer-term actives like the niacinamide in Super Skin and Cloud Creme, most people see visible brightening and skin refinement after 4–6 weeks of consistent use.

Yes. The GULP range layers well with most other products. If you use prescription actives like tretinoin, introduce GULP products gradually and monitor how your skin responds.

Yes. Glow is formulated with lightweight, non-comedogenic oils — rosehip and pomegranate — that won't clog pores. Start with 1–2 drops and see how your skin responds.

Double cleansing means using an oil-based cleanser first, followed by a water-based cleanser. Use Melt first to dissolve makeup, SPF, and oil-based impurities — then follow with Bounce to refine, brighten, and deeply cleanse. It's one of the most effective routines for genuinely clean skin.

Super Skin can be applied gently around the eye area. Avoid direct contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use around that area.

Once we receive and process your return, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
