These Terms of Service apply to all users of the GULP Skin website operated by GULP Skin Ltd (New Zealand). By using this site you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change. We do not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, or current.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it promptly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at hello@gulpskin.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been dispatched.

5. Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. GULP Skin Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon dispatch. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your GULP products. If you are not satisfied, please refer to our Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns on opened or used products unless the item is faulty.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product names, and design — is the property of GULP Skin Ltd and is protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
