Where do we ship?

We currently ship within New Zealand. International shipping is on its way — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when it's live.

Shipping rates

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery timeframes (after dispatch)

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays can occasionally occur during peak periods.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven't received your tracking details within 2 business days, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@gulpskin.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Unopened products

We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, email hello@gulpskin.com with your order number, the product(s) you'd like to return, and the reason. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Opened products

Due to the nature of skincare, we are generally unable to accept returns on opened items. However, if you've experienced a reaction or believe the product is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we'll assess your situation individually.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, contact us at hello@gulpskin.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll resend or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Allow a further 2–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
